Scatter Light Measurement

Reality shows that light is scattering. Always! Under all circumstances! We therefore measure the scatter behavior of materials most precisely, the only way to achieve simulation results that are close to reality and, finally, highquality optical products.
We measure the samples on a scattering light goniometer,
2D or 3D. The generated BSDF-data are available for further processing in a number of different formats. All current optics simulation programs are able to import these data directly.

Possible Measurements
- Measurement of the scatter light distribution in reflection and transmission (BSDF, BRDF)
- Measurement dynamics up to 8 magnitudes for the measurement of the scatter light of extremely low levels
- Measuring angle resolution up to 10-4 degrees
- Scatter light data and models for different optics simulation tools
