Prototypes

Virtual prototypes save time and money. We analyze different versions of your optical system – before the first prototype is actually produced. The result is a model of your optical system that is extremely close to reality.

We also use virtual prototypes for our tolerance analysis in order to test constancy of shape and position, material parameters and light source
tolerances. The advantage: We can create a solid design at an early stage of our development. This method takes irregularities into account that are inevitable with the real product.
